Enjoy Discounted Spa Treatments During Wellness Week

No matter where you live, here’s a deal that we can all take advantage of, especially if we want to pamper ourselves! Wellness Week 2012 runs from March 19 – 25 this year, and during this week, you’ll be able to receive discounted spa treatments – some as low as $50. Other treatments are marked at half-price. More than 315 spas are participating, so whether you are looking for a massage or facial, you’ll be guaranteed to find some service you like at a discount.

Wellness Week bookings open to the public on Wednesday, February 29, but if you’d like to book early, you can sign up in advance on the SpaFinder website to plan ahead and see the treatments and prices available.

Biva Has Prada Eau de Parfum for $36

You know, in all of the hubbub of all of the other sample sale sites, I don’t think I’ve taken the time to write about Biva. Biva is a sample sale site that really only sells one thing: perfume.

Truth: In the past two years the only way that I have purchased new perfume is from Biva!

Their prices are great, their shipping very reasonable {just $2.95 per order}, and overall it’s a great way to try out new types of perfume for less. I’ve purchased a few bottles of perfume from Biva that I never would have thought to try before, like Hermes, just because the prices are so good.

Biva introduced a sale on Prada Perfumes today that’s pretty good. I decided to pick up a 1.7 oz. bottle of Prada Eau de Parfum for $36. This is a $74 bottle of perfume, so the price is pretty darn good. The only catch here is that the perfume is unboxed. I don’t have a problem with this, since I’m keeping it for myself and since I’ve ordered from Biva in the past I know the bottle will be carefully packaged. Unboxed perfume is NOT the norm with Biva, however, and every other item in the sale does come in a box. The box just adds about $15 more to the price.

Klippie Klub Subscription Box Review

We don’t normally spend too much time talking about things for kids around these parts, but considering my love of subscription boxes I agreed to do a review of KlippieKlub.com, a subscription box service for kids.

For a set amount of money each month Klippie Klub will send an assortment of hair things for little girls. In the video above I reviewed a few of the pieces. You can tell I don’t have kids because I call everything “cute,” which sounds trite in retrospect. I certainly don’t mean it to be that way. Every hair bow I received from Klippie Klub was both darling and of the highest quality. If I had a little girl I would definitely register for the site. As I mention in the video, if your daughter is a little bit older I think it would be fun to address the package in her name so that each month she gets a fun package of her own to open!

There are two membership tiers to choose from at Klippie Klub. A Kasual membership costs $18.99 per month, including shipping, and you can cancel at anytime. A Krazy membership costs $15.99 per month but you have to commit to purchasing six monthly kits. However, the Krazy membership also gives you a couple of freebies, such as the Klippie Klutch that I show off in the video and you’ll get your first kit for free.

Klippie Klub products have already shown up on the heads of many celebrity infants, including Jessica Alba’s daughter, Tori Spelling’s daughter, and Matthew McConaughey’s daughter!
